Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LeadWatchio, available at https://leadwatchio.com ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

LeadWatchio helps you monitor public Telegram communities by keywords, score buying intent with optional AI, draft replies and send outreach from connected accounts you authorize. On eligible plans, optional Threads monitoring may also be available. Features may change as the Service evolves.

The Service monitors only publicly accessible Telegram communities, or communities your own authorized Telegram account already has access to. It does not read private communities you cannot access.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Your Content

Data you enter and leads collected for your workspace belong to you. You grant us the right to store and process them solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Connecting Telegram accounts is required for core monitoring features. Your use of Telegram is subject to Telegram's terms and policies. Outreach and account activity must comply with Telegram rules and the limits you configure in LeadWatchio.

Connecting a Threads (Meta) account is optional and available only on eligible plans. It is subject to Meta's Platform Terms and Threads terms. Content you publish through the Service (for example replies) is your responsibility. You must only use search and publishing features in ways allowed by the relevant platform policies.

Reddit and other integrations may be offered on specific plans when available. We do not guarantee availability of every integration on every plan.

5. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful activity, spam, harassment, or bulk unsolicited outreach that violates Telegram, Meta or other integrated platform policies.
• No attempts to disrupt the Service, access other users' data, or circumvent rate limits of integrated platforms.

6. Disclaimer and Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data caused by third-party platforms, account restrictions imposed by Telegram or other platforms, or downtime of integrated services.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time (see Data Deletion Instructions). We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
