Data Deletion Instructions

Disconnect Telegram or Threads

1. Sign in to LeadWatchio.
2. Open Accounts and find the Telegram or Threads account you want to remove.
3. Click Remove (X). The related access token is deactivated immediately.

For Threads, you can also revoke the app on Threads: Threads → Settings → Account → Website permissions → find the LeadWatchio / Meta app name → remove access.

Delete collected integration data

To permanently delete integration-related data (access tokens, profile info, fetched posts / leads) from our database, email support@leadwatchio.com from the address associated with your account with the subject "Integration data deletion". Specify Telegram, Threads or both. We will delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email.

Delete your entire account

To delete your LeadWatchio account and all associated data, email support@leadwatchio.com with the subject "Account deletion". We will delete your account and all data within 30 days and confirm by email.
