Privacy Policy

LeadWatchio ("we", "us", "our") is a lead monitoring product available at https://leadwatchio.com. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Data We Collect

  • Account data — name, email address and password hash you provide when registering, or profile data from a sign-in provider if you use one.
  • Workspace / settings data — keywords, stop words, prompts, poll interval and other preferences you configure.
  • Telegram integration data — when you connect a Telegram account, we store account identifiers, session data and activity settings needed to monitor public communities and send outreach you approve. LeadWatchio monitors only public communities or communities your authorized account already has access to.
  • Threads integration data (optional) — when you connect a Threads (Meta) account via OAuth on eligible plans, we store your Threads user ID, username and access token. Using the official Threads API we retrieve public Threads posts that match keywords you define, and we may publish replies that you explicitly approve.
  • Lead data — matched message text, author identifiers, permalinks where available, timestamps, AI analysis results and lead status you set in the product.
  • Technical data — server logs (IP address, request time, browser type) used for security and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Data

  • To provide the LeadWatchio service: account access, keyword monitoring, lead list, notifications.
  • To monitor public Telegram communities and, where enabled, public Threads posts by your keywords and show matches only to you in your workspace. Fetched content is not shared with other users, sold, or republished by us.
  • To generate AI suggestions (lead filtering / scoring, draft replies) — message text may be processed by third-party AI APIs for this purpose only.
  • To send outreach through Telegram or Threads only when you approve it (or when automation rules you configure allow it).
  • To maintain security and prevent abuse.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following processors only to provide features you use:

  • Telegram — account authorization, monitoring of eligible communities and sending messages you approve.
  • Meta Threads API (optional) — OAuth login, searching public posts, publishing replies you approve on eligible plans.
  • OpenAI API — optional AI analysis and reply drafting.
  • Optional sign-in providers if enabled on your deployment.

We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

4. Storage and Security

Data is stored in our database on our servers (or infrastructure we operate). Access tokens are stored server-side and are never exposed to other users. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can disconnect Telegram or Threads at any time in Accounts — the related access token is deactivated immediately. You may request full deletion of your account and all associated data; see our Data Deletion Instructions.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the email below.
